Coalescence dehydration oil filter consists of two systems: coalescence system and separation system, which play different roles respectively. After passing through the filter element, the free water and emulsified water in the oil are coalesced into large water droplets and settled into the water storage tank under the action of gravity. The separation filter element of the separation system is supported by special hydrophobic materials. When the oil passes through the filter element, the water drops are gathered on the outer surface of the filter element until they settle into the water storage tank under the action of gravity.

The coalescing dehydration oil filter adopts "coalescing separation" technology for dehydration, with high dehydration efficiency and strong capacity. It is especially applicable to the separation of large amount of water in the oil. The oil filter has five stages of filtration system:

The third stage filter coalesces and sinks the water in the oil.

The filter medium of the fifth-stage filter adopts the filter medium with high precision and dirt holding capacity, which can safely and efficiently purify the oil liquid.
