Coalescence dehydration oil filter integrates two functions: precision filtration and efficient dehydration. Product features of coalescing dehydration oil filter:

1. Coalescence dehydration oil filter adopts high efficiency filter material as the filter medium, with super large filtration area design, which can effectively remove very fine particulate impurities and achieve very high cleanliness of oil products.

2. The coalescing system is composed of a group of coalescing filter elements. The coalescing filter element adopts a unique polar molecular structure. After passing through the filter element, the free water and emulsified water in the oil liquid are coalesced into large water droplets and then settled into the water storage under the action of gravity.

3. The separation filter element of the separation system is made of special hydrophobic materials. When the oil passes through the filter element, the water drops are retained on the outer surface of the filter element and coalesce with each other until it settles into the water storage tank under the action of gravity.

4. The separated water is stored in the water storage tank. When the interface height reaches the set value, open the valve to discharge the water until it drops to the lower liquid level. Close the valve to stop drainage.

Technical principle: Different liquids have different surface tension. When different mixed liquids flow into the separator, they enter the coalescing filter element first. Due to the difference of surface tension, the oil quickly passes through the filter layer.

The coalescing filter element is made of hydrophilic materials. Small water droplets are adsorbed on the surface of the filter layer to cause coalescing of water droplets, which are settled and separated from the oil liquid under the action of gravity. For the oil liquid passing through the coalescing filter element, there is still small water droplets moving forward to the separating filter element under the action of inertia.

The separation filter element is made of special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through, the water drops are retained outside the separation filter element, and the oil is discharged from the outlet through the separation filter element.
